By downloading, installing, or using Dahim (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Dahim is a spiritual companion app that provides AI-powered Islamic guidance, duas, dhikr, journaling, and other spiritual tools. The Application is designed to support your spiritual journey and does not replace qualified Islamic scholarship or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dahim.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dahim only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Islamic principles of respect and kindness. You may not misuse the Application, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm others. Any abusive, hateful, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dahim, including duas, dhikr, Quranic references, and AI-generated responses, is for personal spiritual use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
User-generated content (journal entries, anonymous duas) remains your property, but you grant Dahim a license to process it as part of providing the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Dahim offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to your app store’s policies.

7. Disclaimer

Dahim provides AI-powered spiritual guidance. While we strive for accuracy based on the Quran and Sunnah, the Application does not replace consultation with qualified Islamic scholars, mental health professionals, or medical providers. Use the guidance as a complement, not a substitute, for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dahim and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Application.
